Great question! MLS shoots are designed specifically for real estate agents and brokers to help them market and sell their properties. Once that property sells, they no longer have a need for the photos, videos and media we created.

With Short Term Rentals and other commercial work, you have a continual need to show your next guest, home builder, tenant, or potential customer your work/space. That's why we include a perpetual use license for your images and media! This grants you the rights to continue to use the media we create on your website, social media, and in marketing materials long after the project is finished!

Our team calls the North Georgia Mountains home! We are based out of Young Harris, GA and service most of North Georgia, Western North Carolina, and some of Eastern Tennessee!

The short answer: "It depends..." (Generally, these packages include 20-50 photos) Factors such as property size, use case, and if you order drone photos, detail shots, interiors, exteriors, amenities, etc. all play a part into the final number of photos in the end.

Most projects that are shot on weekdays have a 2-3 day turn around time!

If an owner sells or decides to use a different management company for their property the use license can be transferred to the new owners or managers for an additional licensing fee. The included use license is only valid for the individual or company that originally ordered the media and may not be transferred without our consent.
